1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Quartix product, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a team or organization, you agree to these terms for that entity. We keep things simple: use the tool as intended, and respect the workspace of others.
2. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the security of your account and any data you upload. Quartix products hold operational data — secrets, student records, project history — so please ensure that any secrets, code, or documentation you store are managed according to your team's security standards. While we provide encryption and RBAC, the ultimate responsibility for access control lies with you.
3. Data Storage & Usage
We store the data you provide (tasks, documents, course material, student records) to enable the service. Secrets are encrypted at rest with AES-256. We do not sell your data. We only process data necessary to provide and improve the products you use.
4. Limitations of Liability
Quartix products are provided "as is". While we strive for 100% uptime and perfect security, we cannot guarantee it. We are not liable for any lost data, lost profits, or service interruptions. We recommend regular backups of your critical documentation and task data.
5. Termination
You can stop using any Quartix product at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse or violations of these terms. We will always try to provide notice before taking such actions.
